… »

he article describes interactive service, that allows the monitoring of urban areas maintenance and management companies control of Dubna. Service is based on GIS-Dubna and gives residents prompt means to report HCS about problems and monitor follow their solution. The article also overviews Russian services with similar functions.«Interactive Dubna map» service is implemented in the form of information-analytical system. Operative part of service functions as described:
<Problem registration>
<Problem solution plan forming>
<Solution monitoring>
The service is capable of forming time series of town state and HCS effectiveness. Management companies rating calculation scheme is proposed. Data base structure and reports handling algorithms are described.

Kuznetsova T.I., Bardash A.V. Creating an overview geoinformation system of the natural environment of the Baikal region OF geosystem geoecological content.

… »

The paper substantiates the topicality and describes the experience of creating a small-scale geoinformation system (GIS) of the natural environment of the Baikal region for solving the problems of its protection and optimization. The authors suggest methods of analysis and modification of interdisciplinary geographic information, developed based on the concepts of geosystems (in the V.B. Sochava’s interpretation) and their properties, as well as the structure and content of the GIS. The study was performed on the basis of interdisciplinary geographic information obtained from the literary and cartographic sources, and Internet-resources.

Sterligov B.V., Cherkasov S.V., Gorbushin E.O. Ontological approach to the minerals sources’ data management and analysis.

… »

The article deals with the basics of creating an automated system for collecting, storing and presenting knowledge in the earth sciences. Ontological approach developed systematization of information and ways of describing the relationships between the various data. An example of using algorithms for information about the sources of high-tech materials was given. The proposed approach was possible to bring about anthropogenic and natural sources of high-tech materials into a single ontological knowledge base.

 Zones of negative gravitational anomalies accompanying the Popigai and some other astroblemes (Puchezh-Katunki, Beyenchime-Salaatian, Janisjärvi, Kamensk, Karla, Kaluga, Kogram, El’gygytgyn, Wanapitei, Steinheim, Chicxulub) are considered. It is concluded that the formation of these «tails» of cosmogenic structures is associated with the energy influence of the asteroids.

Michurin A.V., Pugin A.V., Simanov A.A. Abilities of the quaranteed approach for the solution of 3D gravity inverse problems.

… »

The new algorithm using the guaranteed approach to the solution of 3D gravity inverse problems was developed by authors of the article. We suggest considering a representative sampling of solutions instead of a single solution for more objective appraisal of the reliability for the interpretation of gravity data. The synthesis of these solutions can be presented as the localization function which permits to characterize the probability of the existence of anomalous objects in elementary volumes of the geological medium. The algorithm involves the procedure «background selection» which permits to calculate the regional background of different degrees from data when the inverse gravity problem is solved. The application of the algorithm can substantially increase the probability of the detection of anomalous objects in given depth interval by wells recommended on gravity data.

… »

 This paper considers numerical methods for modeling compressional and shear reflected wave fields. The proposed methods are efficient in data analysis on-the-fly, gathers comparison and selection of the surveying technique. The necessity for modeling is proved to be crucial for different stages of the reflection surveying in near-surface studies.

Truhankin V.V. Methodology and technology of assessment of the environmentally hazardous oil and gas wells on the basis of the informationanalysis system.

… »

The article deals with the methodological and technological issues of the monitoring of the environmental status of deep oil and gas wells from the undistributed fund of the Russian Federation on the basis of estimatingthe degree of ecological danger, determining thesize of the environmental damage with the support of decision making when choosing top-priority wells forrepair and isolation works.

Dolinskiy I.P., Lobasov A.P. Application of spatial classification and clustering algorithms in prediction of oil-and-gas presence.

… »

The new problem definition of prediction of oil-and-gas presence in terms of modern geoinformational technology is treated. Instead of prospects of discrete objects the prospects of nodes of grid covered the studied territory are estimated. The continuous spatial parameters append the traditional discrete space of attributes.The algorithms of spatial classification and clustering have been discussed. As a example the variant of prediction of oil-and-gas presence of some area in south part of Dnepr-Doneck Basin have been considered.
