The article describes the GIS INTEGRO tool created for modeling an interconnected set of structural maps using a rare system of profiles supported by a base surface. The article also discribes the technology and algorithms for solving the problem. As a special case, there is a modeling of a set of surfaces. They were identified by data of the central part of the Yenisei-Khatanga downfold.
