In the second part of the article the basic types of representation of different geoinformation models of forest ecosystem and possibilities for the decision maker to use particular  model types depending on tasks are considered. Some goals of forest geoinformation modelling are considered. The geoinformation modelling processes and the three types of forest ecosystem representation formed in course of the research  are described. The main tools of the process of geoinformation modelling of forest ecosystems and the possibilities of models application at different levels of their representation are presented.
